The consultation will run from Tuesday 23rd May 2023 to Friday 7th July 2023 (inclusive).
The Neighbourhood Plan and associated documents to be consulted upon can be viewed below.
The Parish Council would like to receive comments on the Neighbourhood Plan. These can be submitted online, by opening the Neighbourhood Plan Pre-submission Response Questionnaire on the right of this screen.
The form can also be printed, completed and posted to the Clerk at the address below. The form you will need to print is 'Draft NP Response form 2.
Comments need to be received by midnight on Friday 7th July 2023.
A consultation launch Drop-in event will be held at the Methodist Chapel, High Street, Ixworth on Saturday 3rd June 2023 between 9.30am and 11.30am.
An online presentation will be held, date and time to be confirmed.
Copies of the Neighbourhood Plan can also be viewed during the consultation period at Ixworth Library (normal opening hours)
Copies of the Neighbourhood Plan could be borrowed from Mandy Adlington, Parish Clerk, please contact 01842 7505925 or clerk@ixworthparishcouncil.gov.uk and she will arrange a copy to be delivered.
Following the completion of the consultation, the Parish Council will review comments received, make any necessary amendments to the Plan and then submit it to West Suffolk Council in order that it could proceed to examination and Parish referendum later this year.
